This short Ableton tutorial demonstrates what happens when you load a monophonic audio loop into Simpler and play it polyphonically as a chord. Without warping, each pitch plays back at a different speed, causing the notes to drift out of sync with each other and with your project tempo.
Enabling Warp mode in Simpler fixes this by time-stretching each note independently so all voices play at the same speed and stay locked to the Live Set tempo. The before-and-after comparison makes the difference immediately clear.
