Making the phaser react to your notes, not a clock

This Ableton Live walkthrough demonstrates how the Phaser-Flanger's Envelope Follower can replace a free-running LFO with transient-triggered modulation, so the phaser responds directly to what's happening in the music rather than cycling on its own clock.

Turning up the Amount parameter produces a phaser "run" on each new note. Attack controls how quickly the sweep begins, Release shapes how long it lingers, and Reverse flips the direction of the movement entirely.
