Save your pickup notes: start Logic projects on bar 2

Performers naturally rush the beat, so MIDI notes played slightly ahead of bar 1 can get chopped off since there's no space before the timeline begins.

That empty first bar gives pickup notes room to breathe. At bounce time, just set the export range to skip bar 1, keeping the final audio clean.
