SEIDS shows two quick Logic Pro display tweaks in Preferences > Display > Tracks that make navigating busy sessions faster.
First, enable the bar number display so a two-finger hold on your trackpad or Magic Mouse shows exactly where you are in the timeline while scrolling, without stopping to check the ruler.
Then set track color to auto-assign from a 96-color palette, and match region color to track color so the Mixer and arrange window stay visually in sync automatically.
For extra organization, select a batch of tracks (like all your background vocal layers) and use shift-click plus option-C to recolor them together, making instrument groups easy to spot at a glance.
